The initial design, layout, structure of information and technical realization of the Website were developed with the support of HECTIC (Hautes Etudes des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication). The website, in its present layout, was further developed by Mr. Stéphane Laubenberger of University Paris-Sud 11 and Ms Elisabeth Petzl, assistant to the PEACE Programme Office at UNESCO.
